On December 31, the Bachelor in Paradise alum shared a glimpse of her 'amazing angel surrogate' having a 3D ultrasound and positive pregnancy test.
Clare first announced they were expecting 'Baby Dawkins' on July 12 followed by an August 1st pink cake gender reveal.
'This truly is what my dreams are made of! I can't tell you how hard it has been to hold this secret in, as I've shared the last 10 years of my life with you all!' Crawley wrote.
'This is one journey though that Ryan and I have been keeping close to our hearts as we navigated the uncertain world of IVF and all that comes with it up until this point. I can't wait to share it all with you soon what it's been like for us, and until then, we are so incredibly grateful to [fertility Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh] for making miracles happen!'
Since then, the De Facto Salon hairstylist has been 'picking her cozy outfits, swaddles, and special things' writing: 'It's been pure joy. I've dreamt of these details for so long!'
Clare is already stepmother to Ryan's two daughters - aged 12 and 10 - from his first marriage to wife Maggie Dawkins.
Crawley and Dawkins - who have matching tattoos of each other's birthdays - will next celebrate their first wedding anniversary on February 1.
The new parents had their first date in 2021 outside the California State Capitol in her Sacramento hometown, which is where they had their nuptials.
