It’s the spookiest time of the year again and the celebrity costumes in 2023 have absolutely caught our eye. Whether they’re seasoned pros like the iconic Heidi Klum or iconic couples costumes like Hailey and Justin Bieber, Halloween is everyone’s time to shine in the light (or dark for that matter).

The fun is packed this year with celebs gathered at the annual Casamigos Halloween party on October 27, 2023 in Beverly Hills, and at Vas Morgan and Michael Braun’s Halloween Party on October 28, 2023. The star-studded guest list included Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler, Paris Hilton, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly, Justin Bieber, Jodie Turner-Smith, Rande Gerber, and Cindy Crawford. However, there are some restrictions to some celebrity costumes as SAG-AFTRA advised members of the union to not dress up as any TV and movie characters to support the ongoing strike.

Hailey and Justin Bieber were seen arriving at Vas Morgan and Michael Braun’s Halloween Party on October 28, 2023 dressed as Pebbles and Fred Flinstone from The Flinstones (with Florence Pugh dressed as Guy Fieri in the background).
Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly
Megan Fox & Machine Gun Kelly went as Gogo Yubari and The Bride from Quentin Tarantino’s film series Kill Bill. The costume garnered criticism amid the SAG-AFTRA Strike as the Jennifer’s Body actress tagged the actor’s union on Instagram with her costume on. Actors in SAG-AFTRA were advised not to wear costumes to dress up as TV and movie characters in solidarity with the strike. The couple also dressed up as characters from the popular anime and manga Death Note as Ryuk and Light Yagami.
Edward Norton & Shauna Robertson
